Member of Technical Staff AI Policy and Strategic Initiatives

You will research high-stakes policy and regulatory issues with AI agents, build systems for invention management and compliance, support litigation and regulatory work, and develop software for recruiting, labor compliance, and performance management. You will also engage with government and civil-society stakeholders as a technical and policy subject-matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Research policy and regulatory issues using AI agents
• Build platforms for harvesting, prioritizing, and patenting inventions
• Support high-tech litigation matters with Legal and outside counsel
• Engineer privacy and compliance systems
• Contribute to regulatory filings and responses
• Implement software for recruiting, labor compliance, and performance management
• Participate in meetings with government, international partners, and civil society as an AI technology and policy expert

Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills
• Fluency with frontier intelligence tools
• Communication and writing skills
• Knowledge of law, technology policy, or economics
• Ability to develop expertise in unfamiliar fields
• Judgment, integrity, and discretion
