Marketing Specialist

You will manage social media and community operations for Chinese-speaking crypto audiences. You will create Chinese content about crypto trends, Web3 developments, and products, support English-language marketing when needed, build relationships with builders and KOLs, and monitor trends and performance to improve engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media and community operations for Chinese-speaking crypto audiences.
• Create Chinese content about crypto market trends, Web3 ecosystem developments, products, and initiatives.
• Support English-language content and marketing activities when needed.
• Build relationships and explore collaborations with Chinese-speaking Web3 builders, KOLs, and ecosystem partners.
• Monitor crypto trends, community discussions, and content performance to identify opportunities and improve engagement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, community management, or digital marketing.
• Strong Chinese writing and content creation skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and support English-language content.
• Understanding of the crypto and Web3 ecosystem, particularly Chinese-speaking crypto communities.
• Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Experience in Web3, crypto, DeFi, or fintech.
• Experience managing social media accounts or growing online crypto communities.
• Existing connections with Chinese-speaking Web3 builders, KOLs, or ecosystem partners.
• Familiarity with DEXs, perpetual trading, or DeFi infrastructure is a plus.
• Experience developing trading systems or financial-related products is a plus.
