Marketing Manager Media and Campaigns

You will manage end-to-end campaigns across the full marketing mix with paid media as your primary specialism. You will own marketing activity for an international market, coordinate agencies and internal functions, adapt campaigns for local requirements, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for testing and optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign delivery across the full marketing mix
• Manage paid media strategy planning and agency relationships
• Evaluate media mix modelling and econometric outputs
• Optimise campaigns across the full funnel
• Coordinate Brand Performance Social Content PR and CRM functions
• Report campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Identify new formats and channels for testing
• Plan and deliver campaigns across UK and international markets
• Own marketing activity for a defined market outside the UK
• Adapt campaign assets and messaging for local audiences
• Ensure campaign activity meets local regulatory requirements
• Monitor competitive and regulatory landscapes
• Brief local partners and run test-and-learn activity
• Share learnings across markets and campaigns

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in brand or integrated marketing
• Experience delivering end-to-end campaigns
• Paid media management experience including agency management
• Commercial understanding of brand and business performance
• Experience managing multi-channel paid owned and earned activity
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to use data and insight to evaluate campaign performance
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• International marketing experience is desirable
• Financial services marketing regulatory experience is desirable
• Knowledge of investing trading cryptocurrency or fintech is desirable
