Marketing Manager Events and Content

You will own the planning and execution of major external events and selected activations, including event experiences, vendors, budgets, logistics, staffing, and follow-through. You will coordinate cross-functional event plans, create content and social assets, support executive communications, manage high-value HQ visits, and measure event and campaign outcomes in the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute major external events and selected smaller activations end to end
• Build and run cross-functional pre-event plans for audience development, meetings, social promotion, content, and onsite capture
• Lead cross-functional event working teams across Engineering, GTM, executives, and Design
• Manage event materials, readiness, backups, budgets, vendors, and logistics
• Create high-value customer, partner, and investor visit experiences at headquarters
• Support content and social publishing across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
• Draft customer stories, case studies, launch copy, event recaps, technical explainers, and executive communications
• Coordinate clear and timely production requests with Design
• Report event and campaign performance, maintain CRM data, and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Four to eight years of B2B marketing, communications, events, or content experience
• Writing and ideation skills, with submitted work samples
• Experience running events end to end, including budgets, vendors, stakeholders, and immovable dates
• Project management skills
• Comfort working onsite at factory floors, customer facilities, and booths
• Fluency with AI tools
• Oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to occasionally travel
• US work authorization
