Manager Technical Program Management Data Center Delivery

You will lead and develop a small team of program and project managers while owning the end-to-end delivery of strategic data center builds. You will coordinate engineering, vendors, construction partners, and suppliers; manage schedules, dependencies, and risks; facilitate technical and executive decision-making; and communicate infrastructure milestones to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of program and project managers
• Balance workloads and project assignments across the team
• Establish program-management best practices, templates, and execution frameworks
• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic data center builds
• Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and executive decision-making sessions
• Coordinate internal engineering, vendors, construction partners, and global suppliers
• Maintain schedules, dependencies, and risk registries in Smartsheet and Jira Plans
• Communicate technical milestones and program health through executive dashboards
• Identify dependency bottlenecks and drive cross-functional resolution

Requirements

• 12+ years of program management experience in a technical or infrastructure-focused organization
• 2+ years of formal people management experience
• Expert proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira Plans
• Experience architecting multi-program portfolios, master schedules, and cross-project dependency tracking
• Experience leading both people management and hands-on program execution
• Understanding of global data center deployments, network topology, power and cooling dependencies, and critical-path requirements for AI and cloud infrastructure
• Experience influencing executive leadership and translating technical topics for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience establishing program governance, driving process adoption, and maintaining delivery health during rapid growth
