Manager Market Intelligence AMERS

You will run market monitoring, maintain market and site intelligence records, screen candidate sites, and create GIS-based analytics. You will produce market profiles, track competitors and supply, support stakeholders with reporting, and maintain repeatable intelligence processes.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly market monitoring across public and internal sources
• Maintain market and site intelligence databases with source and date provenance
• Triage, verify, and structure intelligence submissions
• Maintain source refresh schedules and flag stale coverage
• Deliver first-pass site screens and rank candidate sites using GIS analytics
• Validate power availability and interconnection feasibility
• Document scores and rationales for declined sites
• Produce market profiles and track supply, absorption, inventory, pricing, and commercial terms
• Monitor competitor, hyperscaler, and neocloud activity
• Maintain pipeline dashboards and leadership materials
• Produce written and graphical analysis for stakeholders
• Build relationships with brokers, utilities, agencies, and data providers
• Travel for market visits, site tours, and industry events

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data centre market intelligence, site selection, real estate research, energy or infrastructure analysis, or a comparable analytical role
• Experience building or maintaining a governed dataset
• Knowledge of power, interconnection, and real estate fundamentals for data centre siting
• Analytical modeling skills
• Advanced spreadsheet modeling
• Executive-ready presentation skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
