Manager Logistics Distribution Planning and Execution

You will lead distribution planning and warehouse execution for automation-system deployments. You will align material positioning, staging, kitting, releases, transportation, site readiness, reporting, risk resolution, and continuous improvement with installation milestones.

Responsibilities

• Manage site distribution planning activities
• Translate supply and inventory signals into warehouse positioning plans
• Partner with Inventory Operations on staging, kitting, and buildable outputs
• Coordinate warehouse staging priorities, kitting, and outbound readiness
• Manage warehouse release strategies and delivery sequencing
• Align shipment timing, mode selection, and routing with release plans
• Identify and resolve supply-chain risks and constraints
• Report on site readiness, material availability, and warehouse performance
• Improve distribution planning processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years of supply chain, logistics, distribution planning, or warehouse experience
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, staging, kitting, distribution, and transportation planning
• Experience using ERP, WMS, or planning tools
• Cross-functional process management experience
• Stakeholder management skills
