Manager External Financial Reporting

You will prepare annual financial statements under UK-adopted IFRS, manage their review and filing, and own US GAAP-to-IFRS conversion. You will deliver information under facility agreements, work with Legal, Tax, FP&A, and Corporate Accounting, liaise with auditors, and support external-reporting controls and SOX readiness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual group financial statements under UK-adopted IFRS
• Manage the review and filing process for financial statements
• Own US GAAP-to-IFRS conversion and reconciliations
• Deliver financial information required under facility agreements
• Partner with Legal, Tax, FP&A, and Corporate Accounting on disclosures and transactions
• Liaise with external auditors
• Support Audit Committee materials
• Support external-reporting internal controls and SOX 404 readiness

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and reporting experience
• IFRS technical accounting
• Financial statements prepared under IFRS and UK company law
• External audits
• Regulatory filings
