Manager Commercial Excellence Installation Programs

You will oversee installation budgets across the Master Agreements portfolio. You will reduce costs, accelerate schedules, manage commercial risk, govern budget baselines, negotiate contract value opportunities, and report performance to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial optimization across the installation budget portfolio
• Implement financial protection mechanisms for commercial risks
• Establish budget baselines, monitor variances, and drive corrective actions
• Identify and negotiate contract incentives, bonuses, and credits
• Define and report performance, compliance, and contract metrics
• Monitor milestones before approving contractual obligations
• Partner with stakeholders to improve commercial governance and mitigate risk

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 8 years of related experience
• At least 3 years of management experience
• Contract management, commercial management, procurement, or finance experience
• Experience negotiating Master Service Agreements and complex commercial contracts
• Financial acumen in pricing, cost analysis, budgeting, profitability, and forecasting
• Knowledge of contractual risk management, compliance, and commercial governance
• Microsoft Excel
• Contract lifecycle management systems
• Valid driver's license
