Manager Agent Architecture

You will lead, hire, coach, and develop Agent Architects while setting goals, managing capacity, and aligning stakeholders. You will remain hands-on in customer implementations, guide scoping and delivery, resolve performance escalations, establish quality standards, and turn field learnings into product feedback.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop Agent Architects
• Set team goals and OKRs
• Manage capacity and workload across customer engagements
• Align stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, customers, and partners
• Guide AI agent implementations from strategy through delivery
• Resolve escalations involving agent performance
• Define and enforce agent-quality standards
• Document best practices and provide product feedback

• People leadership or sustained mentorship experience
• 3+ years of conversation design and AI agent development experience
