Legal Operations Specialist

You will evaluate and manage legal technology vendors, implement and administer a contract lifecycle management system, and connect legal with cross-functional stakeholders. You will build renewal and contract-obligation tracking, create workflows, and develop the processes, metrics, and infrastructure needed by a scaling legal function.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage legal technology vendors and service providers
• Lead contract lifecycle management system implementation and administration
• Partner with sales, finance, revenue operations, and other stakeholders on reporting and deal insights
• Build and own renewal and contract-obligation tracking workflows
• Develop legal processes, metrics, and infrastructure

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant legal operations experience
• Experience implementing or administering contract lifecycle management, discovery management, legal billing, and legal systems
• Experience integrating legal systems with Salesforce
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with finance and revenue operations
• Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows
