Lead Product Manager Digital Assets

You will gather needs from clients, prospects, and consultants and turn them into prioritized product and feature decisions. You will build a practitioner interview panel, lead roadmap discussions, present products in demos and workshops, and join key client visits.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with clients and prospects
• Build and run a practitioner discovery panel
• Convert client and consultant findings into prioritized product decisions
• Document the rationale for product requests and defend prioritization decisions
• Present products and services in demos, workshops, and tender presentations
• Join Business Development and consultants on client visits
• Own roadmap discussions with the CEO, Business Development, and Engineering

Requirements

• 5–8 years of B2B product management experience
• Experience in fintech, regtech, compliance software, or a regulated financial institution
• Experience in financial crime, AML, transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products
• Experience leading complete product cycles from discovery to launch in a regulated or enterprise domain
• Native or fully proficient English and professional presentation skills
• An established prioritization framework and a record of turning customer input into shipped features
• Technical fluency to challenge engineering decisions
• Experience directing discovery through consultants and first-hand customer engagement
• Ability to travel regularly within the US and internationally
