Junior Product Manager

Plan, organize, and oversee development activities with the Tech Head. Manage product timelines, resources, and budgets; coordinate developers, researchers, and stakeholders; maintain product documentation; facilitate communication between technical and non-technical members; identify and mitigate risks; track milestones and KPIs; support project management best practices; and maintain onboarding and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Tech Head to plan, organize, and oversee development activities
• Manage product timelines, resources, and budgets
• Coordinate developers, researchers, and stakeholders to align efforts and meet project goals
• Maintain product documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members
• Identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks in the development process
• Track product milestones and KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership
• Support project management best practices
• Develop and maintain onboarding and process documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in software development or blockchain or DeFi projects
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Notion and GitHub
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
