Insurance Business Development Reinsurance

Support the launch and growth of PayPay’s life insurance business by leading reinsurance-related work and participating in strategy-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop reinsurance strategies for the life insurance business
• Design reinsurance schemes
• Negotiate, execute, and manage reinsurance contracts with reinsurers
• Assess risk transfer and capital-efficiency optimization as the business grows

Requirements

• Experience in life reinsurance operations, including reinsurance strategy, contract negotiation, execution, and management
• At least three years of experience in financial services with outstanding results
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to financial services
• Experience developing strategies and business plans
• Communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
• Preferred: insurance product development, management or risk management, actuarial or CFA certification, project management, external negotiation, market research, and business English
