PayPay is seeking an insurance business development professional to create synergies with bank distribution operations, develop new life insurance services, formulate and execute medium- and long-term strategies, and support decisions involving regulatory and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Create synergies between bank distribution operations and PayPay.
- Plan medium- and long-term business initiatives.
- Develop new businesses and services in the life insurance sector.
- Plan and execute medium- and long-term insurance business strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in corporate planning or sales planning at an insurance company.
- Experience applying for approvals and negotiating with authorities such as the Financial Services Agency.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial business with outstanding results.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to financial businesses.
- Experience planning strategies and business plans.
- Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience in management control or risk management.
- Preferred: business promotion and project management experience.
- Preferred: negotiation experience with external partners or customers.
- Preferred: market research experience.
- Preferred: business English proficiency, such as TOEIC 800 or above.
