You will discover customer needs, guide technical evaluations, and create a strategic deployment vision. You will deploy models and products into customer infrastructure, develop custom features, onboard customers, optimize production setups from GPU stacks to interfaces, and lead proof-of-concept delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery with potential clients
- Identify, qualify, and disqualify customer opportunities
- Influence evaluation criteria and processes
- Create a strategic customer vision based on business outcomes and required capabilities
- Guide customers in deploying models and products
- Develop custom customer features
- Onboard customers on product deployment and integration
- Ensure production setups across GPU, infrastructure, backend, and frontend layers
- Define and track proof-of-concept success metrics
- Lead customer delivery programs and coordinate internal and customer stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience as a DevOps engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or Cloud Solution Architect
- Experience deploying and managing AI-based products in production
