Infrastructure IT Operations Engineer

You will lead IT operations across APAC sites, maintaining reliable and secure enterprise systems and data-centre infrastructure. You will manage networks, servers, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, service management, vendors, assets, budgets, incidents, and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations across APAC sites
• Ensure availability of enterprise systems and site infrastructure
• Manage regional network infrastructure and server environments
• Maintain monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and security systems
• Own incident, problem, and change management
• Lead critical-incident escalations and root-cause analysis
• Enforce cybersecurity policies and compliance requirements
• Manage vendors, IT assets, procurement, and regional budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of IT infrastructure and operations experience in regional or multi-site environments
• Enterprise networking experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet
• Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
• Server repair experience
• Data-centre technician background
• Familiarity with IT hardware and data-centre environments
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 3-on/3-off schedule, including nights
