Implementation Engineer

You will lead merchant implementation projects from discovery and technical scoping through API integration, terminal deployment, testing, configuration, troubleshooting and go-live. You will advise clients, coordinate with stakeholders, improve implementation workflows and document integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchant implementation projects from discovery through go-live
• Design scalable API-based payment integrations
• Guide client development teams through testing and hardware configuration
• Troubleshoot software network and hardware integration issues
• Coordinate with Sales Product and Core Engineering stakeholders
• Standardize implementation workflows and documentation
• Turn merchant feedback into product enhancement recommendations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation API integration technical consulting or tech support
• Experience troubleshooting complex software network or hardware integration issues
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Project management skills
• Professional proficiency in English
• Cantonese is a bonus
