HR Specialist

You will support client AI-native organizational transformation projects by assessing strategic goals, business conditions, and transformation challenges. You will turn strategy into implementation plans, redesign processes, improve organizational design and human-machine collaboration, develop AI-enabled solutions, and coordinate implementation and transformation reviews with clients.

Responsibilities

• Support and advance AI-native organizational transformation projects for clients
• Understand client strategic objectives, business conditions, and transformation challenges
• Translate strategy into priority actions, implementation paths, and phased outcomes
• Map and redesign key business processes
• Explore ways to integrate AI into workflows and improve collaboration and operational efficiency
• Support organizational design and human-machine collaboration mechanisms
• Clarify role responsibilities, collaboration relationships, and capability requirements
• Develop testable and iterative solutions combining AI with organizational, process, and business contexts
• Coordinate with clients and project teams to build consensus, implement solutions, and review transformation outcomes

Requirements

• 6–8 years of process consulting or human resources consulting experience
• Experience in enterprise transformation, organizational development, or process-optimization projects is preferred
• At least 2 years of in-house human resources experience
• Basic knowledge of the AI industry and AI applications
• Practical experience applying AI tools at work, with the ability to share specific use cases or methods
• Understanding of AI's effects on organizational models, human-machine collaboration, and work methods
• Analysis, structured communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to break complex client problems into clear work plans
