Head of Talent

You will lead recruiters while building a repeatable, data-driven recruiting engine. You will define and teach hiring standards, create interviewer training and calibration, own recruiting systems and analysis, partner with leaders on role design, run searches, and improve candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and hire recruiters
• Define structured and consistent candidate-assessment standards
• Create interview rubrics, interviewer training, and calibration practices
• Build and own the recruiting stack, automation, and analysis
• Partner with leaders to define roles and hiring profiles
• Run searches alongside the recruiting team
• Build processes to identify exceptional candidates
• Improve the candidate experience

Requirements

• Experience developing a point of view on talent assessment
• Ability to partner with leaders on business needs and role design
• Experience building automation, scoring, sourcing infrastructure, or prompt libraries
• Experience taking over and improving a recruiting team
• Experience running searches
• Recruiting leadership experience
