Head of Supply Chain

You will report to the VP of Operations and oversee procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management. You will lead electronic-component sourcing, supplier relationships, contracts, supply-risk mitigation, and cost optimization. You will establish and run the S&OP process, implement and optimize an ERP system, manage global logistics and customs compliance, and lead a supply chain and purchasing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic purchasing for electronic components, including semiconductors, PCBs, and passives
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, mitigate supply continuity risks, and optimize costs
• Establish, mature, and lead the S&OP process across sales, operations, and finance
• Implement and integrate an ERP system within the supply chain function
• Map workflows, standardize master data, and improve inventory visibility and operational efficiency
• Oversee global logistics, warehousing, customs compliance, and inventory control
• Lead, mentor, and build the supply chain and purchasing team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in hardware, electronics manufacturing, or high-tech equipment manufacturing
• 5+ years of operational and strategic procurement experience
• Hands-on experience in electronic component procurement, global vendor management, and component lifecycle management
• Track record of implementing, migrating, or scaling an enterprise ERP system
• Experience designing and running an enterprise S&OP cycle
• Native or fluent written and spoken English and French
• Leadership, communication, vision-setting, change-management, and travel availability
