Head of Solutions Operations

You will own the end-to-end operating system for Solutions, including processes, tooling, staffing, capacity planning, and customer-success measurement. You will scale delivery playbooks, build AI-native operational tools, lead program and regional operators, and partner with business and technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Solutions operating system
• Scale delivery playbooks, staffing frameworks, and value methodologies
• Build a global operating model
• Lead capacity planning, forecasting, and skills-to-project matching
• Establish delivery-outcome and customer-satisfaction measurement
• Build AI-native tools, agents, and automations
• Hire, mentor, and develop program leads and regional operators
• Partner with leadership across sales, product, engineering, RevOps, and talent acquisition

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience building and leading teams or functions in fast-scaling environments
• Experience scaling processes, systems, and teams
• Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives
• Data-driven and AI-fluent operational skills
• Global operating experience
