Head of Product & Design, APAC

You will own the product vision, strategy and roadmap across APAC markets. You will lead product, design and UX research, localize products for each market, improve onboarding, KYC, funding and lifecycle experiences, and partner with engineering, commercial and global product leaders to deliver growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the APAC product vision, strategy, roadmap, North Star and product metrics.
• Prioritize product delivery across regulatory constraints, technical feasibility, client needs and commercial goals.
• Localize products for Australia, Japan, Singapore and emerging markets.
• Lead product design, user experience and UX research across APAC.
• Improve onboarding, KYC, funding, activation, retention and reactivation.
• Own the pipeline and sequencing of new regional product propositions.
• Build, lead and develop the APAC product and design organization.
• Build the Singapore product hub and establish its operating model.
• Align APAC priorities with global product leadership and the consolidated roadmap.
• Translate the roadmap into clear requirements and align delivery with APAC and global engineering.
• Partner with commercial leadership and market heads on roadmap sequencing.

Requirements

• Experience building and leading product at scale for regulated digital financial products across multiple markets.
• Commercial product expertise, including monetisation, onboarding, KYC, funding, payment rails, compliance-driven product design and growth.
• Experience owning or leading product design and UX research.
• Experience building and leading large multi-market teams and scaling a product hub.
• Knowledge of Asian markets, regulators, payment behaviours and client expectations, with product localization experience.
• Experience working with global product organizations and regional and central engineering teams.
• Experience navigating MAS or equivalent regulators as a product owner.
• Platform consolidation or migration experience is useful.
• CFD or leveraged-products experience is useful.
