Head of Product Credit Outcome

You will own the Credit Outcome strategy, roadmap, and north-star metric across markets. You will prioritize product investments, lead product leaders, establish planning and review rhythms, partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, use analytics and experimentation to improve outcomes, and identify AI automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and roadmap to improve first credit outcomes
• Prioritize investments across routing, human connection, integrations, and decisioning
• Make product trade-offs across markets
• Hire, coach, and develop Product Leads and Senior Product Managers
• Establish accountable product manager and engineering manager ownership
• Run planning, OKRs, and reviews
• Partner with the Engineering Director on roadmap, capacity, and technical investment
• Align Design, Data, Risk and Compliance, Commercial, and Operations stakeholders
• Use funnel analytics and experiments to identify friction and measure impact
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve conversion and efficiency

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years leading product managers or product leads
• Commercial acumen
• Funnel analytics
• Experimentation
• Business intelligence tools
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and data flows
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions and regions
• Lending, credit marketplace, fintech, or regulated financial services experience is preferred
• Experience building products across multiple markets is preferred
