Head of Organic Growth Kraken Pro

You will own the organic growth strategy for Kraken Pro across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships. You will optimize acquisition funnels and user experience, lead a small team, run experiments, report growth performance, and ensure messaging is compliant across regions.

Responsibilities

• Build and run organic acquisition strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships
• Map and optimize the funnel from first touch to first trade
• Audit and improve landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding, and in-product experiences
• Turn product strengths into growth levers
• Lead, coach, and unblock a small team
• Run channel and funnel experiments
• Build dashboards and insights for leadership
• Partner with Legal and Communications to ensure compliant messaging
