Head of Order to Cash

You will lead end-to-end billing and Order-to-Cash operations for subscription and consumption models. You will manage invoices, contracts, collections support, reconciliations, audit controls, billing systems, usage data integrity, process automation, dashboards, and cross-functional initiatives supporting pricing and product changes.

Responsibilities

• Own billing operations for subscription, consumption-based, and hybrid pricing models
• Ensure accurate and timely invoice generation
• Manage billing schedules, amendments, renewals, credits, cancellations, and adjustments
• Develop scalable billing processes, controls, and procedures
• Own the Order-to-Cash lifecycle
• Coordinate order management, contract review, billing, collections support, and cash application
• Oversee usage-based metering validation, reconciliation, rating, pricing, and invoicing
• Resolve billing exceptions and invoice discrepancies
• Support Quote-to-Cash system integrations
• Support ASC 606 compliance and close activities
• Prepare SOX and audit documentation
• Improve billing systems, integrations, dashboards, and KPIs
• Lead cross-functional operational initiatives

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Billing Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or Order-to-Cash
• Expertise in enterprise subscription and consumption-based billing
• Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle
• Experience supporting ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Experience supporting external audits and SOX-controlled environments
• Understanding of billing controls, reconciliations, and financial operations
• Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, and Orb
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
