Head of Marketing (Director)

Own and execute Keyrock’s complete rebrand and repositioning, define marketing strategy for institutional and crypto-native audiences, build a premium brand identity, communicate the firm’s value in the market, partner with the CCO and commercial team to drive measurable impact, and lead a small team supported by AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the complete rebrand and repositioning of Keyrock
• Define and drive marketing strategy across institutional and crypto-native audiences
• Build a premium forward-looking brand identity
• Push information into the market to increase attention and credibility
• Partner with the CCO and commercial team to drive measurable commercial impact
• Build and lead a small high-impact team augmented by AI tooling
• Shape market perception as the industry converges with traditional finance

Requirements

• Significant marketing leadership experience at a crypto or digital-asset firm
• Deep understanding of the crypto market, its participants, and its culture
• Track record of building or transforming a brand in a fast-moving commercially driven environment
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience positioning a firm through a TradFi and crypto convergence narrative
• Exposure to publicly listed or IPO-track companies
• Familiarity with the EU regulatory environment and MiCA
• Experience building or working with AI-augmented marketing functions
