Own Keyrock’s complete rebrand and repositioning, define marketing strategy for institutional and crypto-native audiences, build a premium brand identity, partner with commercial leadership, and lead a small AI-augmented team.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Keyrock’s complete rebrand and repositioning
• Define and drive marketing strategy across institutional and crypto-native audiences
• Build a premium, forward-looking brand identity
• Increase market attention and credibility
• Partner with the CCO and commercial team to drive measurable impact
• Build and lead a small high-impact team augmented by AI tooling
• Shape market perception as crypto converges with traditional finance

Requirements

• Significant marketing leadership experience at a crypto or digital-asset firm
• Deep understanding of the crypto market, its participants, and its culture
• Track record of building or transforming a brand in a fast-moving commercial environment
• Strong communication skills and exceptional fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience positioning a firm through a TradFi and crypto convergence narrative
• Exposure to publicly listed or IPO-track companies
• Familiarity with the EU regulatory environment and MiCA
• Experience building or working with AI-augmented marketing functions
