Head of Independent Agencies

You will own the independent and performance agency portfolio and third-party measurement partnerships. You will grow revenue, develop agency relationships, create educational programs, coordinate sales support and agency feedback, and drive joint go-to-market work with measurement partners.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue across agency-driven accounts and unlock new advertisers
• Build and deepen relationships between agencies and X
• Partner with Client Partners and Mid-Market sales on agency support plans and growth strategies
• Deliver education on products, brand safety, measurement, and advertising best practices
• Help marketers identify authentic uses of X for their brands and clients
• Convey agency feedback and advertiser needs to Marketing, Product, and Measurement
• Develop programs that improve creative and commercial thinking for agency clients
• Create usage stories that shape agency and brand understanding of X
• Coordinate coverage with holding-company and Big 6 agency leads
• Own and grow the third-party measurement partner portfolio
• Translate measurement capabilities into practical guidance for agencies and sellers
• Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners and cross-functional teammates

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in an agency, media sales, agency development, commercial partnership, or adjacent role
• Experience with independent or performance agencies
• Strategic understanding of agencies, social or digital platforms, or measurement
• Expertise in social media platforms and agency brand and performance media planning, buying, and measurement
• Client-facing, sales, and commercial skills
• Familiarity with the independent and performance agency landscape
• Experience owning or scaling strategic partner relationships
• Ability to lead agency and partner discussions and collaborate cross-functionally
• Eligibility under U.S. Government export regulations, or ability to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations
