Head of HR Business Partner

You will lead and develop the HR People Partner function while partnering with senior leaders on organizational design, talent, performance, and employee-relations matters. You will define people strategies, develop scalable policies and programs, use people metrics to advise leadership, and promote consistent people practices across teams and geographies.

Requirements

• Experience leading human resources business partnering in a startup or high-growth environment
• Experience leading and developing People Partners or human resources teams
• Experience supporting international employee populations
• Knowledge of French employment law and human resources practices
• Ability to develop and implement people strategies
• Communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills
• Analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating scalable people practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
