Head of Growth (Marketing and Business Development)
Description
About Impactable
Impactable is one of the leading LinkedIn Ads agencies in the world and an official LinkedIn Marketing Partner. We have grown from a LinkedIn-focused shop into a multi-channel B2B demand generation agency, built on a proprietary intelligence layer that lets us target, measure and prove results in ways most agencies can't.
We are investor-backed and growing fast. Our team is distributed across the US, Ukraine and Serbia, organized into tight delivery pods so every client gets senior attention and clean accountability. If you want to learn and grow inside a fast-moving, tech-forward agency, with exposure to the latest tools, channels and tactics, this is a place to do that.
Why this role exists
This role exists to turn the warm demand Impactable already has into qualified pipeline. We run on an inbound sales model, and no one fully owns the marketing engine (paid, organic and web). Signals come in from website visitors, engaged LinkedIn ad audiences, paid search, newsletter and event signups, and organic reach, but they are not yet consistently turned into organized acquisition.
For the first months, converting this existing demand comes before opening new channels. This is a build-and-own role, not a caretaker role: you will set up the motion largely from scratch and report directly to the CEO.
What you'll own
You own the path from existing demand to qualified pipeline, and in the first months that means conversion before new acquisition channels.
Own paid, organic and web strategy end to end.
Run paid acquisition hands-on, including landing pages and the conversion path after the click.
Improve bottom-of-funnel conversion, so B2B visitors and engaged audiences become qualified pipeline.
Build and run email nurture for a large volume of warm contacts, such as web visitors, engaged individuals and enriched warm accounts.
Run an account-based motion: build and tier account lists, size accounts, and report on account movement and engagement, not only channel metrics.
Connect channel and account results to CRM and revenue, and use that to decide where to increase or reduce spend.
Coordinate with the channel teams (LinkedIn, Paid Search, Programmatic, Content) so marketing output matches what sales needs.
Partner with the content team, including the DemandSense "brand engine" initiative, so marketing assets and thought leadership support both channels.
Report on pipeline health and channel performance to leadership.
What success looks like (first 6 months)
In six months, our existing demand has clear, tracked paths into qualified pipeline.
Each warm signal source (website visitors, LinkedIn engagement, paid search, newsletter and event signups) has a defined path into pipeline, tracked through to CRM.
Measurable improvement in conversion on paid search and landing pages.
Email nurture running for warm contacts.
Tiered account lists and account-level reporting in place.
Measurable improvement in pipeline consistency for the inbound sales team.
Regular reporting on pipeline health and channel performance, with spend moved based on results.
Who you are
You are a hands-on B2B marketer who has turned warm demand into pipeline and can show it. The core requirements are:
Recent, hands-on paid acquisition: you run and optimize campaigns yourself, not only manage others who do. LinkedIn experience is not required.
B2B conversion work and pipeline experience close to the bottom of the funnel.
Email nurture for a large volume of warm contacts.
ABM experience or exposure: account lists, tiering and account-level reporting.
Experience connecting channel results to CRM and revenue.
5+ years in a marketing leadership role, comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Based in Ukraine, able to work substantially overlapping with a US-aligned schedule.
AI and automation are a baseline expectation. You already use them in your day-to-day marketing and growth work. Impactable is AI-heavy operationally, and you need to fit that culture from day one.
We assess big-picture thinking (positioning and value proposition) in the interviews, so expect to talk about it.
Nice to have
These help, but none of them is required.
Strong Facebook/Meta advertising experience, since it translates well to LinkedIn.
Positioning experience in a B2B services or agency setting.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads or B2B agency environments.
Experience as the first marketing hire at a company, or as a fractional marketing lead across multiple clients.
