About the Role
Own the top-of-funnel growth engine for a legal operations platform serving startups. This hands-on role will build and optimize outbound, organic, and referral channels, with the opportunity to grow the team as the business scales.
What You'll Do
Own pipeline generation and define and refine the ideal customer profile.
Plan and run multi-channel outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, warm introductions, and startup networks.
Build referral and partnership channels with investors, accelerators, and other startup-serving organizations.
Create founder-facing content and use customer stories to support organic and earned growth.
Plan community events and represent the business at founder and startup gatherings.
Build outbound data and automation workflows, instrument the funnel end to end, and run regular growth experiments.
Develop the brand voice across channels and, as the function grows, hire and lead initial growth team members.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of growth or go-to-market experience, ideally within an early-stage company.
Direct experience generating pipeline and growing a customer base of technology companies or startups.
Hands-on familiarity with enrichment tools, sequencing platforms, CRM systems, and modern go-to-market workflows.
Strong writing skills for outreach, social posts, landing pages, and event invitations.
Ability to build automations using scripting or no-code tools.
Experience engaging founders and startup operators, and representing a brand in person or through public-facing content.
A self-directed, builder mindset and experience working in small or midsize organizations.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $125,000 to $175,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
