Head of GenAI Platform

You will define the technical strategy for model orchestration, evaluation, agentic workflows, and foundation-model training. You will partner on inference infrastructure and model serving, bring research models into production, lead a multidisciplinary organization, build evaluation frameworks, and align platform investments with product priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term GenAI platform vision and technical strategy
• Partner on inference infrastructure, model serving, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Bring new research models into production
• Lead and grow ML Engineering, Software Engineering, and Research functions
• Build evaluation frameworks for model quality, cost, and latency
• Align platform investments with product innovation
