Head of Finance Business Partnering Operations and Technology

You will act as a strategic finance business partner for product, engineering, operations, risk and enablement leaders. You will lead investment cases, workforce planning, budgets, vendor reviews, fraud-loss forecasting, financial reporting and operational cost management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, operations, risk and enablement leaders on strategic decisions
• Design business cases for operations investments and fraud-prevention tooling
• Lead capacity modelling and workforce strategies
• Set budget parameters and efficiency targets
• Manage vendor commercial reviews, contract structures and make-versus-buy decisions
• Own fraud-loss P&L forecasting, tracking and variance analysis
• Align loss, recovery and provisioning assumptions across functions
• Report vendor outcomes, fraud performance, cost-to-serve and ROI
• Ensure data availability for risk reporting
• Manage software, contractor, real-estate, capital-expenditure and AI-token costs

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial finance and FP&A leadership experience
• Senior finance business partner experience in high-growth fintech, digital banking or technology
• Experience partnering with operations and risk or fraud leaders on capacity modelling, SLAs and multi-region fraud exposure
• Experience owning fraud-loss P&Ls, forecasting and variance analysis
• Experience with vendor contract renegotiation, make-versus-buy decisions, software consolidation and AI or token costs
• Ability to build CFO-level business cases and model multi-horizon ROI
• Ability to communicate financial narratives to the CFO and senior leadership team
• MBA or CA qualification
