Head of Finance

You will lead FP&A, accounting, treasury, and regulatory reporting. You will build finance operations, own forecasting and budgeting, oversee audit-ready close processes, manage liquidity and reserves, and present financial insights to executives and the board.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the finance team across FP&A, accounting, treasury, and regulatory reporting.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and board-level reporting.
• Oversee accounting operations and controls and transition bookkeeping in-house.
• Improve monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Set treasury strategy and oversee cash management, liquidity, and reserve rebalancing.
• Own regulatory and compliance reporting for reserve programs.
• Build cross-coverage for treasury execution and regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with hands-on FP&A and accounting ownership.
• Experience owning treasury or cash and liquidity management across banking relationships and trading systems.
• Ability to own accounting controls and the close process.
• Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and executive and board financial storytelling.
• Experience building and developing finance teams.
• Experience presenting to executives, boards, and investors.
• Experience managing complex payment flows across corporate and customer funds.
• Familiarity with digital asset or stablecoin accounting.
• CPA or MBA is a bonus.
