Head of FDE Learning Programs

You will build and own scalable learning programs for FDEs, including technical, strategic, business, and product enablement. You will create onboarding paths, run bootcamps, establish readiness standards, manage curricula and delivery, build an instructor network, and use evidence to improve programs.

Responsibilities

• Build practical learning content across technical, strategic, business, and product enablement
• Create onboarding paths from a new hire's first week to independent customer work
• Turn products, research, and field methods into technical bootcamps
• Develop strategic bootcamps for client-facing FDE teams
• Own the learning roadmap, curriculum, contributor model, delivery, tools, measurement, and central team
• Scale programs for larger cohorts while maintaining quality
• Build an instructor network and hire the supporting team
• Establish consistent readiness standards and current learning resources
• Maintain internal knowledge resources and distribute them to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience building a learning, enablement, or capability function for a rapidly growing technical organization
• Technical fluency with AI engineering, product, and science topics
• Experience designing programs across cohorts, regions, and experience levels
• Ability to lead work across senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts
• Experience making trade-offs among hiring demand, expert capacity, and program quality
• Ability to use evidence to improve learning programs
• Clear communication skills
• Fluency in English
