Head of DACH Investor Relations

Lead commercial growth across the DACH market, develop relationships with family offices and high-net-worth investors, serve as their primary contact after onboarding, build and manage the regional Investor Relations team, attend industry events, communicate market intelligence, and shape the regional go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in DACH through commercial efforts and proactive outbound business development
• Develop and manage relationships with family offices and high-net-worth investors
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors after onboarding
• Build, mentor, and manage the DACH Investor Relations team
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking forums
• Gather and communicate investor feedback and market intelligence
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement a DACH go-to-market strategy

Requirements

• At least 7 years of Investor Relations experience including experience within the DACH market
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and family offices
• Track record of converting leads, closing relationships, and driving commercial results
• Full professional working proficiency in German and English at C1/C2 level
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

• Experience guiding, motivating, and developing teams
