Head of Capital Markets, SHx

Lead Stronghold's SHx Markets vertical by expanding market infrastructure, liquidity, exchange listings, broker relationships, and institutional partnerships across crypto and traditional financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with market makers, brokers, exchanges, liquidators, and institutional market participants globally.
• Guide strategy for enterprise-grade infrastructure and solutions with the Markets Team.
• Manage relationships with OTC trading desks, quantitative market makers, custodians, institutional participants, and prime brokers.
• Develop partnerships to accelerate SHx liquidity growth.
• Help develop crypto and traditional market infrastructure for SHx.
• Partner with product, engineering, business development, and leadership on market buildout strategy.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, business, and finance teams on compliant strategy execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in markets, focused on FX or commodities.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of business development or strategic partnership experience.
• Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
• Strategic and execution-oriented approach.
• Deep understanding of market structure and liquidity.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency liquidity markets.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
