Happiness Manager / People Engagement Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and creative Happiness Manager / People Engagement Specialist who will become a generator of positivity and a driver of our internal team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
● Creative Communication: Creating vibrant event announcements, launching warm greetings for birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.
● Gamification: Supporting and actively developing the internal gamification program for the team.
● Event Management: Planning and organising internal company events per the engagement calendar on a yearly/quarterly/monthly basis (offline/online entertainment activities, corporate parties).
● Business Trips & Logistics: Organising business trips for team members, including booking tickets, hotels, and arranging transfers.
● Analytics and Improvement: Monitoring satisfaction levels with benefits and activities, and generating fresh ideas for their enhancement.
● Merch and Gifts: Creating a "WOW-effect" through cool branded merchandise and gifts for various initiatives.
● Corporate Social Responsibility: Organising charity fundraisers, auctions, donor days, or eco-initiatives…
● Club Activities: Coordinating and supporting the book club and generating ideas for launching other interest-based clubs.
● Content: Generating creative content from internal events for the marketing team.

Requirements:
● English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher.
● Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and flawless organisational skills.
● Ability to multitask effectively.
● Creative approach to tasks.
● Proactive, positive, and cheerful mindset.
● Great sense of humour and a genuine desire to share your energy with the team.
● Resourcefulness, interest in new trends, and readiness to apply them in practice.
● Will be a plus: Experience in hosting events, maintaining a blog, TikTok, or creating other creative formats.
