Growth Marketing Manager

Develop marketing, business, and brand-awareness strategies; plan digital campaigns, annual marketing initiatives, product activities, and new-product launches; track market progress; improve online visibility and conversions; and coordinate with engineering, content, and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing, business, and brand-awareness strategies
• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives to increase online visibility and conversions
• Plan and deliver annual marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and sales growth
• Prepare, execute, and follow up on product strategy activities
• Develop new-product launch strategies
• Track market progress
• Coordinate with engineering, content, and design functions

Requirements

• At least 2 years of marketing or digital advertising experience
• Commercial acumen and strategic planning skills
• Cross-functional operations, communication, coordination, and project management skills
• Data analysis, metric analysis, and data statistics skills
• Knowledge of social media and content marketing for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
• Knowledge of SEO and ASO
• Experience with web or app analytics and A/B testing tools
• Fluent English or TOEIC score of 890 or above preferred
