Growth Lead Performance Marketing

You will own paid acquisition across Plasma One and Plasma Business, including channels, budgets, creative, measurement, and campaign execution. You will test ads, audiences, formats, funnels, and landing pages; evaluate downstream outcomes; and allocate budgets based on performance. You will work with product and design to improve onboarding, lifecycle, and referrals, establish tracking and reporting playbooks, and help build the paid-growth function.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across Plasma One and Plasma Business
• Manage acquisition cost and the end-to-end paid advertising motion
• Test ad creative, platforms, audiences, formats, and funnel approaches
• Run, launch, analyze, and optimize campaigns across paid channels
• Identify and scale effective campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube
• Measure downstream events and campaign performance
• Collaborate on landing pages, onboarding, lifecycle, and referrals
• Build tracking, reporting, and paid-growth playbooks
• Help hire channel specialists as channels scale

Requirements

• Have regional market expertise for country-specific acquisition strategies
• Have hands-on paid acquisition experience at a consumer app or fintech
• Have experience with paid social and search and accountability for outcomes
• Know Meta AEM, Google optimization, Apple Search Ads, Snapchat, AppsFlyer, data warehouses, and creative optimization
• Demonstrate structured creative testing and budget allocation across channels
• Understand attribution, incrementality, and cohort analysis
• Have experience improving landing pages, onboarding, lifecycle, or referrals with product and design
• Provide evidence of personal tests and their impact on acquisition cost, activation, and retention
• Be based in London or ready to relocate
