You will support customer security reviews, risk assessments, trust documentation, and compliance initiatives. You will explain technical controls to customers, collect audit evidence, identify recurring gaps, and improve security and compliance workflows as enterprise requirements grow.
Responsibilities
- Support customer trust and security assurance processes
- Respond to customer security inquiries and risk assessments
- Coordinate customer security reviews
- Maintain security documentation and response materials
- Explain technical controls in customer-facing contexts
- Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, UK Cyber Essentials, and GDPR compliance initiatives
- Collect compliance evidence and support audit readiness
- Identify gaps and improve security and compliance practices
- Streamline trust-related workflows
