We are looking for a Graphic Designer

Requirements
5+ years of experience in graphic design.
Strong fundamentals in composition, typography and color.
Experience in digital and marketing design: campaigns, banners, SMM, web visuals.
Ability to work within guidelines and evolve a visual language without breaking it.
Confident use of AI image generation tools and the ability to integrate them into production.
Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
A portfolio with commercial digital projects and AI-driven work.
English at B1 level or higher.

Will be plus
Experience in iGaming.
Branding and identity design experience.
Experience building AI pipelines and automating design processes.
Experience running workshops and trainings.

Responsibilities
Creating key visuals for promo campaigns and adapting them across all channels.
Designing graphics for marketing and performance banners, website and promo page visuals.
Generating and refining visuals with AI tools, building prompt workflows.
Working within brand guidelines and keeping visual consistency at scale.
Solving complex and non-standard design challenges.
Analyzing and optimizing processes, automating routine tasks.
Developing the design system and component libraries.
Running workshops and sharing trends with the team.
Presenting projects to stakeholders and other teams.
