Graph and Data Engineer

You will build a canonical entity and knowledge graph that resolves identities across connected systems. You will design graph architecture, schemas, permissions, provenance, and entity-resolution pipelines. You will apply machine learning and graph methods to maintain accurate, auditable, privacy-preserving identity data and support real-time authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the classify-at-source pilot with Finance and Compliance
• Establish shadow-AI and agent-identity registers
• Build privacy-preserving entity-resolution pipelines across internal systems
• Develop graph-based correlation skills and baseline operational metrics
• Ground operational agents in the shared graph
• Define graph architecture, schemas, permissions, and provenance tracking
• Maintain data accuracy through bitemporal modeling, drift detection, and historical replay
• Model delegation chains and agent credentials
• Deploy ML and graph-native methods to analyze multi-agent behavior
• Evaluate graph and identity-resolution research
• Enforce regulatory compliance, data partitioning, and privacy-by-design standards

Requirements

• Experience with entity resolution, identity systems, or knowledge-graph modelling
• Python and graph or relational data engineering in production
• Applied machine learning for resolution at scale
• Schema and API design for heterogeneous consumers
• Ability to work with Finance and Compliance on a live data pilot
• Security and privacy-by-design practices
• Ability to build foundational systems for future consumers
