Global Supply Chain Manager OSAT

You will manage OSAT partnerships and backend manufacturing execution from wafer-out through final shipment. You will coordinate builds and production schedules, manage critical-material sourcing, and resolve supply, quality, yield, logistics, and schedule risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSAT supplier relationships, QBRs, KPI reviews, escalations, and negotiations
• Coordinate engineering builds, qualification lots, process readiness, yield ramps, capacity, materials, and production schedules
• Manage bumping, assembly, burn-in, final test, and system-level test operations
• Own substrate and critical-material sourcing
• Resolve supply, quality, yield, logistics, and schedule risks
• Establish OSAT data, KPIs, and processes for analytics and automation

Requirements

• 7+ years of semiconductor supply-chain, manufacturing, or supplier-management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline
• OSAT workflow knowledge
• Experience with Taiwan-based OSAT partners
• Supplier-agreement and commercial-negotiation experience
• ERP-system experience with SAP or Oracle
• PLM-system experience
• Tableau or Power BI experience
• Mandarin fluency is a plus
