Global Marketing and Digital Wealth QA Engineer Associate

You will own quality throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will plan, prepare, execute, automate, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. You will use AI-assisted tools to improve test coverage, triage failures, develop test scripts, document user workflows, and help scale QA practices.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and Jira stories; create test plans and plan testing activities.
• Use AI tools to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose risk-based test coverage.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data for new functionality.
• Execute functional, manual regression, and automated regression tests.
• Log defects and retest fixed defects.
• Use AI to triage failures and draft reproducible defect reports.
• Develop and dry-run automation scripts.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and update user manuals.
