Join our client's team, where you'll play a key role in shaping the cloud security posture of a global financial institution's GCP estate. Your contribution will help deliver high-impact solutions in cloud security – Google Cloud Security & Compliance at enterprise scale, powered by cutting-edge tooling and AI-supported automation.
You'll step in as a Senior GCP DevSecOps Engineer, working within the Global Cloud Services – Google Cloud Security & Compliance team as a trusted advisor and hands-on contributor. Your role will be central to securing and maintaining compliance across a large-scale GCP environment while increasing cloud adoption and customer satisfaction – not just execution.

- Solid experience building and managing a range of services in Google Cloud Platform
- Expert-level understanding of Cloud Security and GCP-specific security best practices
- Strong knowledge of DevOps and SRE principles; hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Strong CI/CD experience: Cloud Build, Flux CD, Helm
- Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Go, Bash
- Experience with security and compliance: IAM, cloud compliance/auditing/monitoring tools, full automation and configuration management
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills – ability to translate complex technical topics for diverse audiences
- Solid understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance processes
Nice to have:
- Hands-on expertise with GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Build, or Cloud Run specifically
- Track record of proactively identifying and implementing process improvements
- Experience working in highly regulated financial services or enterprise environments
