Forward Deployed Engineer

You will scope ambiguous problems into PRDs and working software. You will build internal pricing, decision, and data tools; create analyses and monitoring with SQL and Python; integrate models, APIs, and data sources; and turn prototypes into reliable production systems.

Responsibilities

• Scope loosely defined problems into PRDs and working software
• Build and maintain internal pricing and decision engines, data applications, and AI-powered workflows
• Write SQL and Python for analyses, dashboards, and monitoring
• Integrate third-party models, APIs, and data sources
• Map, transform, and validate integrated data
• Prototype in notebooks and scripts
• Harden successful prototypes into tested production systems

Requirements

• Product lifecycle experience from PRD creation through implementation
• Python
• SQL
• Data systems knowledge, including schemas, indexing, partitioning, and performance tradeoffs
• Statistical concepts for model evaluation or experience interpreting metrics and distributions
