Forward Deployed Engineer

You will work directly with customer engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, design practical AI-powered workflows, and deliver them from discovery through launch and post-production support. You will build reliable solutions, monitor production quality, communicate tradeoffs, and turn successful implementations into reusable patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with customer engineers and define success metrics
• Design and build Cursor-powered workflows
• Ship initial workflow versions and harden them through rollout, monitoring, and iteration
• Own production quality, including tracing, evaluation, metrics, debugging, and failure-mode management
• Communicate technical tradeoffs and results to engineering leaders
• Turn delivered solutions into reusable patterns and product improvements
