Forward Deployed Engineer AI Agent

You will investigate internal business workflows, identify problems suited to AI solutions, and turn them into working prototypes using LLMs and AI APIs. You will define production requirements, bridge business and engineering contexts, contribute to architecture and key implementation decisions, and lead AI agent releases, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Investigate business workflows and identify core problems that AI should solve
• Build rapid proof-of-concept solutions using LLMs and AI APIs
• Define production requirements from stakeholder feedback
• Bridge business context and technical implementation for engineering teams
• Implement or oversee critical components
• Lead the release, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI agent tools

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience
• Experience leading system architecture design and technology selection in production projects
• Experience defining requirements and managing products directly with customers or internal business departments
• Experience developing applications using APIs, especially LLM-related APIs, or strong motivation to learn
• Business-level Japanese speaking, reading, and writing skills equivalent to JLPT N1
